COST OF SERVICES

Depending on your insurance plan,
you may be reimbursed for some or all services rendered.

At South Jersey Integrative Health, we are please to accept insurance for mental health services with the exception of IV ketamine therapy. For all other services we do not participate with health insurance. Instead, we accept cash or card for our services and provide you with a superbill after services are rendered. Patients can then self-submit superbills to their insurance company for reimbursement.

Accepted insurance for mental health services only: Medicare, Aetna, Independence Blue Cross, AmeriHealth Administrators, AmeriHealth NJ, Cigna.

WHAT IS A SUPERBILL?

A superbill is an itemized document that outlines the services you received during your visit, including diagnoses, treatment codes, and associated costs.

Although we don't bill insurance directly, you can use the superbill to submit a claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

HOW TO SELF-SUBMIT A SUPERBILL

OBTAIN SUPERBILL

After your visit, we will provide you with a superbill. Superbills are generated upon patient request.

CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE

Reach out to your insurance company and ask about the process for submitting a claim with a superbill. They may provide you with specific forms or instructions.

SUBMIT THE CLAIM

Fill out any required forms, attach the superbill, and submit everything to your insurance provider. This can usually be done online or by mail.

FOLLOW UP

Check with your insurance company to ensure they received your claim and to inquire about the status of your reimbursement.
